The Dynamics Baton Twirling Organization, based out of Smithtown, NY, puts forth New York's leading Baton Twirling program, offering classes to athletes of all ages. Not only do our certified coaches teach the art of baton twirling, but they sculpt the success of each individual athlete. The Dynamic's talented coaching staff incorporates a unique blend of discipline and fun to their classes, resulting in one of the countries most successful recreational and competitive programs.

The Dynamics program began in 1969 under the Direction of Mary Kessler.  Mary's daughter Alaine became one of the organization's top athletes winning numerous State titles.  After studying Sports Psychology at the University Of Maryland Masters Degree Program, Alaine took over the organization and turned it into one of the countries leading twirling programs.  Along with best friend and former teammate, Kathy Butera, the Dynamics have created winning soloists and teams year after year.  In addition to capturing countless State, Regional and National Team titles, The Dynamics became the first organization from New York to ever represent the U.S. at the World Championships in Toronto, Canada in 1994.  By 2002, the Dynamics had their first individual solo athlete become a member of the U.S World Team and have had athletes on the U.S. World team since then.  Their Elite Athletes have traveled to Italy, Spain, France, England, Canada, Norway, Ireland, and Australia.

Although based out of Smithtown, their recreation program consists of athletes from all over Long Island.  The recreation program focuses on teaching the art of  baton twirling to the local youth.  These talented young ones have gone on to win numerous Long Island and NY State Titles.  The beginner athletes march in all local parades and perform at Town Street Fairs, DECA Events, School Functions and Smithtown School Half Time Shows.

The Dynamics Twirling Organization is a registered 501 (c) 7 non-profit tax-exempt organization.
